		<description>I think the director link (and a likely shareholding) would require a note to the accounts as a related party transaction. I suppose they could still wriggle out of that if they treated UKeSA's role in passing monies to TWNA as merely that of agency.

The UKeSA charter just has one paragraph about being not-for-profit but doesn't actually limit them in anything. The Executive Committee seems reasonably plausable though.</description>
